Position Summary The Custodian performs cleaning and maintenance functions to maintain a clean and sanitary appearance of the assigned facility. Ensure that the facilities are safe and clean for both older adults and youth participants as well as members of the community. The custodian assists supervisors in identifying and leaks or damages to the facility that require NYCHA repairs and coordinates with NYCHA staff to address repairs.
